Programs & Services
MY LGBT PLUS is expanding services being provided to the Central Valley communities! Below are just a few programs and services we provide through our location in Downtown Fresno.
COMMON SPACE is proud to be the Fresno County #Out4MentalHealth lead. #Out4MentalHealth is a statewide project that engages LGBT+ people to develop a mental health equity agenda and offer tools and resources that address these disparities and make our shared goals a reality. Our Task Forces supports local community members and organizations with engaging in LGBTQ Mental Health advocacy at the county, state, and federal level.
A social support group for the Latinx LGBT+ community to gather and support one another through food and conversation. This group meets on the 4th Sunday of every month at 1PM, at COMMON SPACE. Questions? Email Daniel Mendoza at firstname.lastname@example.org
Una reunión para LGBT+ Latinxs | Un grupo social para la comunidad Latinx y LGBT+ para que personas convivan y que apoyen a cada uno entre la comida y conversación. Para preguntas contacten a Daniel Mendoza, email@example.com
HIV Testing is provided at COMMON SPACE monthly. Free, confidential rapid HIV testing will be provided for ages 13 and over on Thursday, March 7 from 5:00-8:00PM.
If you are sexually active and haven't have never had an HIV test OR your last HIV test was over a year ago, now is the time to get tested.
LGBT+ Groups of Central Valley is a Facebook group dedicated to providing an online safe space for community members to ask questions, share updates and highlight resources.
The goal of the group is to be interactive. To be a safe space, all users must request to join and have an active Facebook account. We look through every profile to ensure that the people in the group are supportive.
It's also a secret group! That means that anybody outside of the group can not see your posts, or any other postings unless they are a fellow member.
The group is for you benefit from. Whenever you need it. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
