The Community Climates Project, a research study that aims to better understand how young LGBTQ people negotiate the challenges of growing up in diverse communities in California, is looking to hire a field research coordinator and a field research assistant in the Central Valley. These positions will be an integral part of the research team, working to coordinate and support research activities in Madera and Kings Counties.
The field research coordinator will serve as a community liaison, overseeing project coordination, participant recruitment, and data collection in the Central Valley.
